It always seems like the media hypes up trades for whatever reason. I mean KD already let everybody know that he would love to remain with Thunder and would love to have his jersey retired by the thunder but we are still hearing rumours of  KD to the Wizards, Warriors or Lakers. I understand people and circumstances change (Lamarcus Aldrige) but I realy couldnt see KD playing for any other team besides the Thunder he is in a Great Position this upcoming season. KD and Westbrook the best tandem in the NBA when healthy period. A strong front court with Ibaka, Kanter and Adams, 3 SGs with very different skill sets. Do you need a 3? Plug Morrow in, What about a stop? Thats what Roberson is for. And of course Dion Waiters probably the  most talented of the 3 a great slasher that we have still to see the best from and a New coach with a new Outlook on things but yet the KD rumours continue. The latest 1.

Kevin Durant to the warriors for Barnes,Thompson, and Looney.

I really dont know what to think of this trade. The thunder willprobably have the new premier backcourt along with a very deep and taented roster and the warriors will have the new best Tandem in the league with steph and kd.  What do you guys think? Who wins in this trade?

I definitely agree with you on not really seeing Durant leave. This idea of the Warriors aquiring Durant is due to 40 years of losing, bad trades and constant tinkering that warriors fans and media have become accustomed to. We’re not really used to being champions and all that that means. Durant to the Warriors is unlikely but because of our restlessness (especially during offseason) were gonna at least figure out what it woukd take to get him if he decided to leave.

It’s a wrap if you guys get Durant and all they lose is those 3 guys. Just the perfect balance of dominance on the defensive side with Iggy, Green, and Bogut, and perfect balance of offense with Durant and Curry.

If the thunder are forced to trade Durant for some reason, like he makes it clear he’s not coming back in free agency, then Thompson, Barnes and looney is actually a pretty good haul and probably about as well as they could expect in that situation. However, unless he makes it clear that he’s leaving, there is no way okc will trade Durant. And I don’t think gs would be eager to break up the chemistry they have built, even to get a player of durants caliber. This is more than likely just a rumor and I wouldn’t put too much thought into it.

The Warriors are not the ideal fit for Durant in my opinion. Where are the shots for him? I think he should stay in OKC or come home to DC

Why would the Warriors break up what they have going on for KD? It makes absolutely no sense at all. The are coming off an NBA championship for god’s sakes. They have a chance to be even better next year. KD to the Warriors makes no sense at all.

He’d be awesome here if he came. Curry, Klay, Durant, Green and Bogut is a historic starting five.

But according to the OP they’d have to give up klay and Barnes to get him.
