JNixonParticipantI like Liggins on Walker. Liggins is a lockdown perimeter defender, and his size would be a nice disruptor for Walker. Most don’t know this, but Liggins is a natural PG at 6’6 too. He’s an intriguing prospect, even though he’s not a shooter or scorer.

JNixonParticipantOriakhi has REALLY improved since last year. He’s always been rugged and strong, but he has improved his touch around the rim, and with results too.

MkadozaParticipantOriaki has also impressed with his size and aggressiveness. Tell me again when the Big East isnt the best conference.

JNixonParticipantKemba Walker gets loose. He’s playing like this is a pickup game. Making scoring look easy. Took over the game. And he’s making the right passes.
Brandon Knight has less PG skills than I ever thought. He really plays like a SG. He’s not a floor general AT ALL.

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantThe Big East isn’t the best conference now.
Another reason why T.Jones is my #1? UK can’t produce without him.
Kemba Walker is looking more and more like a Tim Hardaway type player to me. I think he can produce but that part of his game will get overlooked because this team is young.

kaceyParticipantKemba did his thing tonight. Again.
Brandon Knight was getting taken to hoop at will, thanks to that Napier kid. Napier is very quick and was aggressive when attacking the hoop. A couple of mental errors, but he has a nice future. Small frame, but he has time to fill out.
TJones was impressive again. When he went to the bench the game got out of control and UConn pulled away.
Doron Lamb has been getting minutes at PG, but he looks shaky every time he brings the ball up the court. He plays it off like he is calm, but he is definitely not comfortable playing the point.
Overall, UK didn’t handle the huge deficit that well. True, it is a young team, but their shot selection was horrible in the second half and the ball movement on offense was atrocious. The dribble drive offense came to a complete stall after the first half.
