if i was a big kentucky fan there are three things i would be worried about.
1. each game kentucky does a bad job of handleing the ball. they turn it over too much
2. they cant seem to shoot. if its not a close to the basketbal shot then they struggle to score
3. they seem below average in the half court game

hopefully coach cal will get wall to start to calm down and teach him to play the half court game because im sure other teams are gonna play half court in order to take away some of uk’s weapons

i think coach cal did a very good job scheduling these cupcakes so he can work on there weaknesses without worrying about losing.

right now they are starting to blow out cleveland state. bad news is patrick patterson went out limping. other then the 4 turnovers wall is playing pretty well. they will when this game because they are bigger and more athletic

Yeah, Kentuckys a powerhouse….the fact that teams like Sam Houston and Miami(OH) are in competing at a legit level against them is kinda disappointing

But boy…John Wall should focus on his FT ability, i know it may seem minor, but you can imagine if he shot 90% with the amount of times he gets to the line? Hes got 13 points(as of me posting this..), 9 out of the 13 are from the charity stripe

yea john wall got all the god given talent in the world but he turned the ball over to much bledsoe do time wall always try to go for an homerun play he’s running to fast and try to dunk or throw a turnover from trying to throw an alley he still is a beast he got alot to learning to do but he will learn b4 he come to the nba.

Yeah, Wall has 6 TO’s to only 4 assists, he has some work to do as the season progresses.

Kentucky is a better team when Dodson is in the lineup.  He hasn’t played the last couple of games because Coach Cal hasn’t been pleased with his effort in practices.  Kentucky needs Dodson when they start playing against better comp.  He is their best long range shooter.  He helps them in the half court offense a lot.

yeah they need dodson someone who can stretch team right now they just trying to be a run n gun team who is very turnover prone and not blowing less talented teams

Dodson is a special player. I didn’t know he was so gifted as an offensive player. UK needs him back in the lineup because he is the only player that has showed any consistency in shooting the deep ball. UK has all the potential in the world. They may not looked great now, but once everyone gets in a rhythm with each other then the turnovers will get cut down and there will be more communication on defense.

Can we really expect John Wall to start hitting all of his free throws? When is the last time a John Calipari team was known for free throw shooting? I’m not quite sure if they even work on their FTs during practice.

kacey- I went to the Morehead St. game (terrible seats though ha).  I will probably go to one or two more games this year.  I would like to go the North Carolina game but the ticket prices for that game are insane.  I am going to the Kentucky @ Vandy game for sure.

yeah if most people shot 90% there scoring averages would be nice. i forgot that coach cal teams cant hit free throws..lol..this teams defense isnt that good either. they are very very talented but if they dont fix the things i named they are gonna have a rough time in the sec
