    Another good read from the News Feed on Kent Bazemore and his job replacing DMC with the Hawks this season.

    With the knee injury to DMC in the first year of his deal it makes the Hawks look even better but much in the same way DMC got paid, Bazemore is going to get paid this summer.  Don’t think he gets DMC money but he will get his.

    And good for both guys.  Always nice to see fringe players early in their careers do big things and then get rewarded.

     Bazemore is from the same kneck of the woods as my mom and went to the same HS.  The fact a kid from rural NE NC made it to the NBA is a huge achievement.  Never the less actually be a starting caliber NBA player.
