Zeke313ParticipantBased on this season and prior knowledge about each players potential who do you guys consider the better player at this point?

NihochuParticipantI would rank them about the same based purely on the nba season , but in terms of winning i would go with kemba , no knock on brandon he is a great player just we have seen kemba being the leader on a very high level.

Zeke313ParticipantWell Kemba is shooting a lower percentage in less minutes but I can’t really speak on him since I haven’t seen him play all season. However, when talking about Brandon I really like his competitive fire. I feel that he should be put in the game more in late game situations because the kid is clutch. Once he develops a pull-up jumper from mid-range and balance his scoring with distributing (all the very possible) I think he our PGOTF.

mikeyvthedonParticipantI know he is playing more minutes, but I think he is a supremely better shooter than Kemba. Seeing that scoring was the biggest part of Kemba’s game and Knight does so more efficiently, have to like him not only now but down the road. If I could take one, I would take Knight.

kngojcParticipantIt was so funny seeing his face when he got drafted for Detroit but him and Stucky have formed a pretty decent combo. Kemba doesn’t have nearly the same talent on his team so its hard to judge but considering he was drafted for having that "winners mentality" and he’s lead them to all of 7 wins doesn’t really help his case..

Zeke313ParticipantAlso consider that Kemba is averaging more assissts on a less talented team.

sheltwon3ParticipantI have to give to Knight because he has the size factor going for him. Also I thought Kemba would get more minutes. Knight appeared to have come to a bad situation because he has guys in front on him but some of them got hurt. Gordon and Stuckney were supposed to be the starters. Even with Gordon putting up good minutes the starters are still Stuckney and Knight. Kemba teams sucks but he has not yet shown this year that he will be a good NBA player. I know down the road he can be but Knight has the physical tools and also his shooting ability appears to be better than Kemba’s. Once Knight learns to be a better play maker, we may have to ask if Knight is better than Wall.

Zeke313ParticipantNot to mention Kemba had 3 years of preparation at UCONN compared to Brandon coming out after only one season I knew we picked the right guy and hopefully I’ll be right about Perry Jones too cuz I wanna see him in a Pistons jersey.
