6-6-6-lolParticipantKemba Walker has a legit chance of being selected in the top 5, either by Utah or Toronto. It may be a stretch but he has a healthy Gilbert Arenas potential. Their games seem very similar and Arenas wasn’t even as prominent at Arizona.
He also reminds me a little of Ben Gordon… similar game, slightly undersized height-wise and both UConn Huskies.
I favor established players over projects. Walker was also a great leader on a NCAA championship team.

MagikKnickParticipantI dont see the Arenas or Gordon comparisons at all..
Walker cant shoot as well as either of them..
And none of them have the ball handling or penetrating ability that Kemba has..0 - Posted on: Thu, 05/26/2011 - 6:07am #536138

cabbycabParticipantMore Gordon than Arenas for sure.
Sidenote: I think Gordon is wrongly listed at 6’3”. I ran into him when I was living in NYC and spoke to him briefly and I thought he was shorter than me ( I’m 6’1” ).

JNixonParticipantThere is no comparison.
The only guy in this class who *could* somewhat be compared to Arenas is Jimmer Fredette.

omphalosParticipantYou forget that Arenas was 6’4", which helped him somewhat with his scoring capabilities. I don’t see Kemba being that prolific at his height, at least not consistently.
