If Terrence Jones, Doron Lamb and Brandon Knight play as well as they did in the season opener the Wildcats should be fine. If Eloy Vargas establishes himself as a legit big man in the middle, Kentucky shouldn’t be worried.

And i just meant because he WANTS to play at Kentucky.
I feel bad that he was just on the sidelines watching his friends play and him not being able to enjoy himself as well.
Getting paid and stuff is great but he wouldnt have commited to Kentucky if he wanted to get paid..

 Terrence Jones is one of the more underrated prospects in this freshman class. At a legit 6’9 with good ball handling and passing, he will be a great PF in the dribble drive offense, and Knight will putr at least 20  game. However, this has to be seen as a huge shot to UK’s title hopes. A 6’11 player that good is impossible to replace.

How is TJ underrated? He was like player of the year in oregon 3 straight yrs or something like that and a mcdonald’s AA? He’s rated about exactly where he should be. An extremely skilled guy wit size and a who should do well in Cal’s system. If he has a relatively good season he should be in 1st round discussions if he comes out. Idk how he’s underrated.

I think TJ is underrated. Right now this site has him as a top 15 prospect and I happen to think he’s more like top 5. Maybe even top 3 once the season is over. Therefore I think he is underrated…

Yeah I feel like dependent upon the season he has though, he possibly has a chance to move into the those top 5 discussions. But as of right now, he’s firmly in 1st round discussions. Its early, we’ll see if he progresses (regresses) and what effect that’ll have on his draft stock. (Although, I hate to say regress cause he’s still only a frosh, and there’s no previous body of work for him at this level.)
