Mr.IdizzleParticipantA lot of people are sleeping Julyan Stone from UTEP. A 6’7, 205lb PG with great court vision and he can defend PG’s thru SF’s.
He might not have a explosive offensive game but this guy can get the job done. He would be a good fit for the Clippers.
Every guard on the Clippers roster is 6’2 and 6’3. They really need some size in the backcourt.
He could be that big PG that Shaun Livingston was suppose to be for the Clippers.

steviechillzParticipantyeah i think the same thing bro…the only problem is that he didnt score much in college 7ppg…but i think he has the potential to score more. I hope he gets drafted, hes got a great attitude!!!

ilike.panochasParticipantPeople are so Enamoured with tall PGs. Just because he’s 6’7 he’s someone to keep an eye on. The guy couldn’t average more than 10 points in a weak conference. If Jerryl Sasser couldn’t make it, then this guy is no different.

JNixonParticipantStone has intrigue as a player and I’ve talked about him since the end of his Jr. year. At 6’7 he can defend PG-SF, is a very good athlete, a big-time rebounder (led UTEP this past year at about 7 rpg) and he’s a very good ball-handler and playmaker who takes care of the ball. However, he’s probably hands down the worst shooter in the draft for a perimeter player, and he’s not aggressive as a scorer at all. Him working out with a team will depend on if the coach wants to deal with a guy who can do a little of everything, and who’s willing to deal with the fact that he can’t shoot and will virtually be like playing 5 on 4 in terms of his scoring when he’s on the floor.

iguapops420ParticipantHe’s my sleeper for LAL at 58 if no other guards are available. With the way their coaching staff has helped develop others jumpers like riza and Ebanks, I wouldn’t be surpriesed if they could help him as well. Potential Cooper type.

the barronParticipantI’ve seen Julyan Stone play many times. The guy is clearly a pass first, shoot second guy and he recognizes the better scorers on the team and gets them the ball. He’s very unselfish, which is something coaches and his team mates will love about him. He’s definitely worth a second round pick. Why not Miami? He doesn’t need to score much there just get the ball to the stars.

TRC1991Participantive always been a huge fan of julyan stone, i think he is versatile enough to be an effective backup point at the next level…think of a less offensively gifted version of reece gaines
