Josh… Remember that lil’ argument we got into a little over a week ago? It actually took place July 6th. Lol though the argument turned into something completely different, it was originally about Livingston and his knee being “ready to go”. You ended up questioning whether or not I’d “ever played basketball”. It went like this:

Josh Huestis: sebaka playing well..west brook doesnt look up..lol..harden looks pretty good as well as dj white…shaun livingston caught a dunk down the lane…safe to say his knee is ready

Tezo83: I wouldn’t say it’s “safe to say his knee is ready” just yet… If it was, he wouldn’t be wearing a knee brace the size of a suitcase. I’m still not convinced Westbrook is a pg.

Josh Huestis: tezo83 have you ever played basketball? and had a injury?….you still wear a knee brace just in case or you feel comfortable with it..same with rip hamilton and face mask..if you were never a ball player with a injury then i can understand you not knowing that

Livingston cleared to shed knee brace

Shaun Livingston has overcome another small obstacle in his recovery from a career-threatening knee injury. The Thunder’s point guard said he received clearance to play without a knee brace over his left leg, explaining why he’s played with only a sleeve over his leg during summer league games in Las Vegas.

“I feel less restricted, and I’m going out there and feeling like I have a little bit better bounce than playing with that brace,” Livingston said. “My explosiveness still isn’t at the point of what I want because I know what I have. So that’s different. But laterally, I feel like I’m about to (move) faster and I wasn’t able to with that big brace.”

LOL… I think this proves my point! I told you that he wasn’t ready to go, or else he wouldn’t have been wearing that huge brace in Orlando! You don’t wear a huge knee brace like that just because you’re “comfortable” with it. You only wear that if it’s not completely ready yet. Like I said… I could understand him wearing a sleeve for just in case measures, not a huge brace. What’s he wearing now? A SLEEVE. NOW… His knee is “ready to go” playa. Let this be a lesson to never question me again lol.

I hung out with Livinginston last summer. And I’ll tell you all just what I told him. “You’re finished.” Although, I said it in a very polite manner. He will never be the same. There was great potential in the Jay Williams mold, but they both are done.

Honestly, when he WAS healthy, he couldn’t beat out Sam Cassell for the starting job in Clipperland. HA HA HA HA HA….

tez i see you made your point and that is why it is not good to get personal about disagreements. Josh is cool people though but every now and then he may get a lil riled up. I guess you said something to him on the wrong day just like what happened to me and gatorhill. I looked it up myself and I was wrong by a little bit if you go off the draft measurements which I was kinda vaguely familiar with but there is no updated measurement and watching Randolph jump and get up there he looks higher than Howard not by a lot but it seem noticeable. Howard can jump out the gym and I know this but Randolph to me look like he can get higher at this moment but who knows. Someone brought up a good point about Howard being a two leg jumper and Randolph being a good one leg jumper and that may be it. That could be the reason but anyway. I am actually hoping to see gatorhill today so we can talk because he seems to have issues with me.

I was shocked that gatorhill came at me because I have supported him more than I have disagreed with him but hey it happens. I said something to him on the wrong day and I guess it blew up.

Anything that I say if someone disagrees with me I tend to go look it up and double check myself. Also for those who think that was an arrogant statement I try hard to never go below that 80 basketball thing and because I am so opinionated on this, I tend to do my research before opening my mouth. Some people think everything they say is right and they may not do the research. I don’t tend to argue on anything I don’t know because that puts me in a place where I don’t know enough to have credibility.

Tez even though I disagreed with a few of your past posts(orlando thing lol) every now and then, I like what you bring and I did have your back and try to settle that Josh situation. I actually found some info against what Josh has said like 3 days ago or so but I did not want any drama so I did not put it out.
Livingston been said that he was not 100 percent and I have had my knee jacked up and I never wanted to wear a bulky brace. I liked the sleeves and that tape thing.
