Dhamp2ParticipantHey Joseph, do you still like Brandon Triche over Scoop Jardine??? Like as said before, Triche’s stats would continue to fade. He’s averaging 4 pts over the last eight games. Jardine, on the other hand, is surging. He would have probably led the Big East in assits if not for playing only 22 mins a night.
Personally, I think Triche sucks. And I’m a Cuse fan. Dude just doesn’t have it.
Dhamp2….
This is no slight for Joseph Adi. I’m just asking for his thoughts.0 - Posted on: Sat, 03/06/2010 - 4:36pm #263697

Adi JosephAs others have pointed out, my name is Adi Joseph, as in, you can call me Adi.
And yes, I still believe Triche has significantly more potential than Jardine. Jardine is two-and-a-half years older and has a year’s more experience.
Right now, maybe Jardine is the answer for Syracuse. Then again, maybe not. Boeheim was clearly too stubborn to try Triche and Jardine together and remove the ice-cold Rautins today, and I think that might have hurt the Orange.
Either way, this kid is learning a new position. Next year, he’ll likely move back to his more comfortable spot on the wing. And I’d be surprised if he and Joseph didn’t lead the team in scoring.
You need to ease up on a freshman who has a lot of talent. Half the five-star recruits in this class haven’t produced nearly as much as Triche has for a 28-3 team.
It’s not a competition. You should want both to be good.
