ChoppyParticipantIn Stan we trust and all, but I’m not sure how to feel about this. 10mil per seems about the going rate but I really don’t know much about him. I can’t remember the last time I saw him play a game and he didn’t really stand out. Can any Suns fans help me out? What sort of player are we getting in Leuer?

llperezmy thoughts as well. I remeber seeing him last season and thinking it was a name i remeber from college and it looks like he found a spot but i wasnt even aware he was a lock to be in the league, like maybe he was one of the many guys who bounces around for awhile looking to latch on. But this contract tells me i was wrong, He obviously has shown enough to get some attention.
just looking at the stats from last season , he averged 8 points and 6 rebounds in 19 minutes per game and shot 38% on threes although in just 1.6 attempts per game and has never taken more then 1 three per game in the past so hes not a gunner but can keep guys honest.

surveParticipantpoor man’s Ryan Anderson literally now that Anderson signed with the Rockets for twice the amount that Leuer signed for. seriously though…he is an improving player and pretty active offensively and on the boards. not a volume shooter like Anderson, or the specialist that Anderson is, I was just comparing salaries. I was pretty impressed with what I saw of him in PHX, but again, it was PHX.

r377ParticipantI don’t like the signing. I heard the Pistons were looking at TRob, then I get severely teased when I heard they had a meeting with Al Horford, now I am disappointed in this signing.
He is not a bad player, but for a few more dollars we could have tried for Marvin Williams
