I like it, I don’t think Benson is a 1st rounder though, he can get his hand 12′ in the air, but he’s a 215lb center.

I know benson is a reach. I put him there because the Spurs play Dejuan Blair at C alot and Duncan also plays there. I just figured they needed some youth and athleticism on their frontline.

The big thing is Bertans and Mirotic.  Both said they would pull their names out of the draft unless they received a first round guarantee.  Well both stayed in the draft, so chances are a team like the Thunder, Spurs or Bulls use their late first round picks on one of these guys.  If they do last past the first round, they will be very early second round picks.

Ya I dont think the Bulls make those picks….they might go after a Euro guy, or Shumpert,Selby,Justin Harper. Harper is way to low imo.

Wow!! As a Euro fan I’d be very happy but in another thread we had about him recently, we discussed it and he’s not even a lock to be drafted. He’s a very nice scorer and has size but he’s too slow, unathletic and has limited potential. However he’s a very good player in the Euro player. I also find it v good that you have Shermadini, an intriguing prospect with huge size, in your mock as he needs to have a look.

I also feel like Jajuan Johnson is too high and Harper too low. But yeah it’s a nice mock.

I don’t think Kyle Singler will be as low as 52. I think he will be one of the first picks in Round 2.

Why would Cleveland take Jan when they have repeatedly talked and had workouts for Jonas?

I think Cleveland could use someone like Vesely to run with Irving. Their wings are weak and they have some capable bigs in Erden and Varejao. It is just my opinion though. I think Valanciunas will fall because he may not play here for a year or 2.

I dont know how well you follow some of the stuff said on PTI, around the Horn, First Take.  This year teams plan to use Jonas as a double edge sword.  Teams like Pistons, Raptors, and Cavs might take Jonas and let him stay over another year just so they can be in the lottery next year.  Then they are basically getting two top 5 rookies in sense in one year.

Basically saying take him so they can tank again to get a high pick since no one is a sure thing in this draft.

I see what you are saying Tim. I think even with irving and vesely they will still be top 5 worst teams in the league. I think from a stands prospective they would rather see a guy play now than wait a year. I like Valanciunas as a player or atleast his physical attributes. I just think he is too much of a project and he won’t play in the league until atleast next year.

And I used to watch PTI and Around the Horn all the time but now I get off work at 6 and dont get a chance to watch.
