Another big night for Jerryd Bayless (28 pts, 3 assists, 0 turnovers). Very aware that this was against the cavs but he’s started for calderon the last 3 games and put up big numbers against 3 playoff teams (2 good defensive teams). Aware that he is inconsistant but this kid can play in a very efficient way. The raptors need to start him next year or trade him to a contender, just imagine how much better the trailblazers could of been with Roy, Miller, Matthews, Fernandez AND Bayless.

Calderon started this game but played horribly so they put him back on the bench and sat him after the 1st. Bayless didnt even get minutes on the Trailblazers team what makes you think he would make them better. his defensive "focus" is not on par with his offensive "focus" yet it took some time, trial and errors to get his offense at this level and the plan is too see if his defense can get to the same level through experience. Idont know why the Raptors would ever start Calderon over Baylss again it doesnt make sense.
