JoeWolf1The Javale McGee post reminded me that Jerome Jordan is a very similar prospect in next year’s draft. Jordan is a legit 7 footer who needs to add some weight, but is a big time shot blocker and a pretty good athlete. He is a bit of a project, but more developed offensively than McGee was coming out. I think he has the potential (and that is a key word here) to become a really good defensive center in the NBA

JoeWolf1he’s a late first early second round pick, he may end up like O’bryant, but hes worth the gamble in the 28-35 range and past that

the barronParticipantI’ve seen Jerome Jordan play in person and a couple of times on TV and this guy has some nice potential. He has gotten way better since his freshmen year. He’s a good defender and has some quick offensive post moves. Tulsa is the favorite in C-USA and will take away Memphis’ spotlight so Jordan will get plenty of exposure next season.
