YouthinkyouknowParticipantHad a solid freshman season, suspended soph and injury junior year. What do u feel is his current draft projection is?
He is one of the best on ball defenders in the nation and has the speed and athelticsim to play in the league and gets to the freethrow line at a good rate always in attack mode but I think his lack of a jumpshot and size will eventually hurt him in scouts eyes.

McWinningParticipantmid secod round right not but i think it will go up. injuries really hurt your draft stock. just look what it did to Adrian Peterson.

gcb3ParticipantDyson will be mid to late first round pick. He will have a breakout season this year. Jerome is fast and can handle the ball and defend two positions and the huskies will showcase his game more this year.
Also look for Stanley Robinson’s stock to increase this next season.
Despite the lack of national recognition for the ’09-’10 season, there could be 4 Huskies in the first round:
Kemba Walker can go anywhere from 9-25
Stanley Robinson can go from 14-25
Ater Majok… some say he could be a late first round pick (i think he is slow and looks like a very very poor mans version of Luol Deng. Way too early to tell though)
Jerome Dyson could go 20-30

JNixonParticipantI think Dyson is a pretty good college scorer and defender, but he’s undersized and not the best shooter or ball handler. I dont think he’s a true NBA player and if he gets drafted it’ll be mid or very late 2nd round

YouthinkyouknowParticipantNeither was strawberry from md but he manage to stick and I think Jerome is more naturally talented than him. Dyson has skills that will no doubt transfer to the next level defense, speed, confidence ,scoring but due to the talent of this draft I see him as a mid second round pick.

gcb3Participantits a talented and deep draft… but half these projected kids wont stay in the draft. Dyson will. He has to. He is a senior. 20-30 given he has a good/great season this year.
food for thought: if Dyson was playing with the Huskies in the final four they would have gone to the championship game. That’s what he means to the Huskies.
