JNixonParticipantGreat news! Tells me 2 things:
1.He will play next year, and have inflated stats
2. C.J. Watson is seriouusly on the block

JNixonParticipantGood looking out, that’s what happens when you don’t watch Sportscenter because they only show BORING ASS baseball highlights and talk about Lebron..

MagikKnickParticipantGreat for him, hes from the Bay Area, plus you know he’d get some legit playtime, plus inflated stats, best possible situation for him…he’d likely jump right into Watsons minutes

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantMore unsurprising sight in NBA arenas next winter, the guy wearing Luke Harangody jersey at the Garden or the one wearing a Jeremy Lin jersey at Oracle Arena?

NashyMingParticipantGood for both Warriors and Jeremy Lin
1) Jeremy Lin is from the Bay Area
2) Jeremy Lin is a Warriors fan
3) Bay Area probably has the biggest Chinese population and regardless if he’s Taiwanese or Chinese, as long as he plays hard and be a decent role player, he would get good fans support.Good PR move for the Warriors regardless if Jeremy Lin can fit in or not.
Don Nelson has a history of make (most other players who can shoot, score, run, and jump) or break (A. Randolph) players.

ChrischiParticipantI was hoping he would stay in Dallas. But GSW is giving him way more opportunities to play, good decision.

marcusfizer21ParticipantWarriors have unsung heroes in games… Like Anthony Morrow, CJ Watson, Reggie Williams and Anthony Tolliver putting up spectacular numbers when they were with the Warriors… And as far as Lin goes, I expect him to contribute easily… He’s a great pick-up by GSW…

RUDEBOY_Participanti watched him alot in college ..i felt he could’ve play in the nba..but i never thought he’d get the chance..there are alot of guys that play at small colleges but get passed over..becuz they’re not superior athletes..
but Lin must work on going to his left..coaches will notice this and have the defense force him left…but the warriors might be a great place for him..don nelson is a great coach but his mad scientist ways turn alot of people way…but his teams have always been fun to watch0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/20/2010 - 7:34pm #358928

ChrispyParticipantDallas was offering him a chance to play for their D-League affiliate next year w/ a chance to make the team next year. Golden State offered immediate chances…easy decision for a young player!

freddy79ParticipantThere will be a lot of fans cheering him. Also, I think he deserved the opportunty: he’s a lifetime underdog, but he overcame many obstacles. In Vegas showed to deserve at least a shot: we’ll see how he fits in the big league. Not a guarantee, but he’ll have his chance. I liked what I saw of him against John Wall, who didn’t expect that (I saw him a little upset in the end…).

arc1212Participantespecially since i just spent a week in san francisco with my aunt and uncle
he’s really got some game, he showed it in the summer league and you can look at youtube
some of the later picks in the draft were not what i was expecting although some were good, but some really should not have been drafted
scottie reynolds, manny harris, sherron collins, samardo samuels, jon scheyer, matt bouldin, omar samhan, ben uzoh, and you all will hate me for it but tommy mason griffin0 - Posted on: Wed, 07/21/2010 - 12:19pm #359441
stanford hoopsThey aren’t fully convinced that he’s a NBA player yet. His contract is only half guaranteed
