ZachAttackParticipantI’m not sure why, but I feel like that this will be the most watched Jazz game in Jazz history… I’ve just got a crazy feeling. Must be that the Jazz are really close to making the playoffs, or that they are a “good” young and upcoming team.
My prediction is that this will be the most watched Jazz game in Jazz history.

Memphis MadnessParticipantKareem broke the all-time NBA scoring record agains the Jazz, too.
The Jazz were also the last team to get to the halfway point of the Buffalo Bills Bizarro 4peat!
Thanks Utah Jazz for being a part of NBA history!

Memphis MadnessParticipantIn other news, the OTHER NBA mid-card jobber team known as the Memphis Grizzlies will be the sacrificial lamb of the Golden State Warriors tonight.
Watch the Warriors blitz the team that PASSED on the current Warriors’ studs (Steph, Dray, etc.).
All we need now is for the Brooklyn Nets to change their name to the Brooklyn BRAWLERS.
Finally, the Washington Wizards will be demoted to GENERALS.

OhCanada-ParticipantBrutal. So all preseason the talk was about the Bucks and Jazz having such outstanding potential and making the playoffs and neither made it.

Hype MachineYeah disappointing…the Jazz have no excuses. Were in pole position for a playoff spot, and choked down the stretch.
I’d like to see the franchise send a message to the players by making some brave moves in the offseason to show them that being comfortable and losing isn’t acceptable. Maybe even fire the coach. Only players that should be safe are Exum, Gobert, Hood and Ingles.
The Bucks went backwards despite every sign pointing towards improvement. Theyre possibly a bigger cause for concern in my opinion.

ZachAttackParticipantThe Jazz are defensively TERRIBLE with Ingles on the floor. If there was one guy I’d want to get rid of it’d be Ingles. I also think that Favors should be safe. He’s gonna be an All Star and the Jazz shouldn’t let him go. The guys that the Jazz should not trade are Favors, Hood, Exum, and Gobert. I really want them to ship Hayward to Boston for that Nets pick. I think it benefits both sides and Boston could contend next year, meanwhile the Jazz could get Simmons or Ingram.

Hype MachineYou cant kill jiggling joe like that. Hes a modern day Shane Battier. And you dont get much else for what they pay him.
But yeah I’d put Hayward on the block if theres any keen takers. Hes like the basketball playing equivalent of Greg Miller, and perpetuates the all-too-nice culture of the team since hes the leader. They need less gentle souls and more toughness. This is a business about winning championships…not pleasing the moms and pops.
Hes also over rated. His stats might look OK, but since he has the ball in his hands so much he should be doing more.

HitsterParticipantThe Jazz had everything to play for, the night was the Kobe farewell game, he was taking loads of shots. The Jazz were up by 10 points or more with a couple of minutes left, logically you think Kobe might have been given his moment to bow out when he reached 40 or 50 points in the game. But no, Kobe took over down the stretch and literally won the game on his own. I know he was taking way more shots than he would normally but he still needed to land them and Utah would have defended accordingly.
I wonder if Kobe said to Byron Scott afterwards if you had given me this many shots everynight, we’d have made the play offs.
