AlexBoiiParticipantI feel like I saw this topic somewhere, but I couldn’t find it in the archives. So if anything, I’ll just re-post the question: Where are Jahii Carson and Isaiah Austin in the mock drafts? They don’t show up in either ’14 or ’15. Maybe it was just an oversight, but are they really projected to go undrafted? I understand that their sophomore year production is underwhelming, but considering their age (age 20 when the 2014 draft takes place) and potential, I would think that second round teams (such as my Sixers) would surely take a chance at drafting them.
Again, I apologize if this topic was brought up about one or both of these players.

HaleParticipantAustin isn’t on mocks because he isn’t very good. I’m sure he’d be drafted but he might as well stay four years and bulk up. He’s super weak and a bad athlete which isn’t a good combination. He’s allergic to rebounding considering his size and he’s not even an effective scorer. He needs to stay if he wants to get past a rookie contract.

OhCanada-ParticipantAustin is a surprisingly good rebounder considering his lack of wieght and he has a considerable amount of upside. Id say early 2nd rounder. Carson would probally also be a 2nd round pick in this draft, he is very skilled but 5’11 just doesnt cut it in the NBA defensively.
