RUDEBOY_ParticipantAm i the only person that feels Iverson will not play in Turkey the entire 2 years of his contract..Watching the press conference announcing his signing..Iverson didn’t look happy..He had the look a guy gets when the girl he loves is in love with another guy..And you’re stuck with some girl you really dont want to be with..But you feel you need someone to replace the girl you love…
There is no bigger Iverson fan,then me…I celebrated when he helped the 76’ers win game 1 in the finals against the high favorite Lakers,who were suppose to Sweep them..
There is no doubt he’s going to get the star treatment over there..They love Marbury over there and Iverson was a much better player than Marbury..
He has a deal in his contract that allows him to leave if an offer from a nba team..
Hopefully he looks into the mirror and sees that he’s no longer the player he use to be…And accepts a reserve role ifit comes up..

dazeoneParticipantI agree there is no way he last 2 years …I am a big AI fan too from Philly and the way he got it in in the city …….he can’t do that in Turkey …..he has a little in the tank, plus he is not the biggest follower of rules and his will be a big deal….I say 1/2 to 1 full season max
