There’s no petition really I think they just judge how I filled the questionnaire out and how my audition went . From there they’ll pick 10 participants to compete for the position. Thanks for the support fellas

No offense, but if you were nervous and "just wanted to get out of there" maybe being in front of a camera isn’t the best option for you. There are lots of other avenues to follow your goals. For instance you could beome a writer.

^You were really general, and to be honest you didn’t chose the best topics to talk about for a minute and a half. You should’ve chosen somthing where you can incorporate numbers and your knowledge of the game the way you do on here. Go on about how Kobe is chasing MJ, however all the minutes he’s played over his career will take a toll on him, and use the numbers that show that he’s already played more combined Playoff and Regular Season minutes than MJ, or about what you think about a potential Heat Thunder matchup, and analyze it as quickly as you can but as detailed as you can. Good luck though, I hope you get the job.

You actually did about as good as most people on there. You do need to slow things down, and breathe and act a little more casual. Most importantly like a few others said, you need to watch your speech a little with the lingo.."man" etc…

The sad thing is you may know a great deal about sports, but if you look at who won last year, they are just looking for marketable faces that can read cue cards in a composed but lively manner. If you think about it most sportscasters and newscasters are pretty much just that.

Would I rather watch you have some genuine enthusiam (right or wrong about your opinions) than some bimbo or douchebag who is fake as three dollar bill? Almost absolutely, but sportsnet is not known for their quality material. You’d have better luck getting together with a few buddies and doing an online show than trying to fit in with that lot. Good luck though!
