xbadgerhustlerParticipanti posted this in bird’s forum earlier, but wondering if anyone thinks this has a chance of happening… we should have the cap room:
What if Chris Bosh came to the TWolves next summer? I’d love to see Bosh-Jefferson… Bosh is a solid defender to help compensate for Big Al’s most glaring weakness, and he can extend the defense for long 2’s which will help clear space for Big Al… I like those twin towers… And, with KLove off the bench, you have 3 of the best rebounders in the game.
Draft Evan Turner with next year’s Lotto pick… X Henry with the 2nd first rounder
Front court: of Bosh-Jefferson-Turner, with KLove, Gomes, Hollins, and Brewer off the bench
Back court: Ellington-Flynn, with Rubio, X Henry off the bench? That’s not even that far from being possible…If Bosh can deal with Canada, he can deal with MN… that’d all of a sudden be a very deep squad…

gatorheelsParticipantThose draft picks are very possible. I think Bosh will want to stay in Toronto though. I am pretty sure they can offer him more money plus they are a playoff team now & his best friend in Jack is on the team now. I don’t see him leaving to go to the TWolves. I think Amare to Minnesota is more likely even though that is a slim chance as well.

xbadgerhustlerParticipantfair enough… I don’t think Amare is a great complement to Big Al, but I’d definitely take it over what we have now! I’d really like to see Turner on our squad.
I don’t know much about Henry, but he sounds good too

QHaynes20Sorry, I see Bosh going warmer climate. I think NY can get him because of off the court money and teams like Miami, Pheonix, etc will have a shot at him.

RickyRubio9ParticipantSince when is Bosh one of the best rebounders?

xbadgerhustlerParticipant10 board/gm isn’t good enough for you?

xbadgerhustlerParticipantlol Al Jeff didnt play enough to qualify for league leaders, but he averaged 11; bosh qualified and was top 10 at 10 rpg; and love, who barely even played the first half of they year still averaged 9.1 rpg, which was still top 10

torontoraptors10ParticipantBosh averaged 22 and 10 I believe this past season and yes he is a rebounder. But him going to Minnesota? I don’t know about that. If Raptors do well in the playoffs, he’ll stay in Toronto, if not he will be leaving Toronto.
If he does leave I can see him going to Miami or even New York but Toronto could always trade him at the deadline.

Champzilla21ParticipantTheres no way the wolves will go after a pf relegating love to the bench would be stupid, what they need are wing players for can create there own shot spread the floor and run run run, with flynn or rubio running he show or both thats they can get the ball into any1s hands

xbadgerhustlerParticipantEvan Turner doesn’t count?
0 - Posted on: Mon, 08/10/2009 - 10:40am #198717
Champzilla21ParticipantBut it would be deadly is minnesota could get turner and henry but remember the timberwolves ae the master of disaster at the draft, their the only team 2 fuck up on a draft where they have 4 first picks

arc1212Participanti hope you’re not talking about drafting henry with a second ROUND pick because that kid has just as much talent as turner and will probably go around the same area at least the first but not second

DoubleNickelsDurr55ParticipantChris Bosh is leaving Canada without a doubt. He is tired of small market, all-international Toronto. I see him ending up with either utah, miami, or someone in the great usa. No offense Canada but chris bosh wants to come home.
