Do you guys think the heats big 3 are better than bostons big 3? Im not talking about indiviually im talking about as a group together. I dont feel they are because they all dont compliment each other the way bostons does. We all know ray is the shooter, pierce is be creater (with rondo), and kg is the low post presence with the heat we dont know who will be the creator and we know they dont have a knock down shooter out of those guys and if they get one how will wade or bron feel about the other guy not kicking the ball to them.

It also might lead to the end of MVPuppets with its insane amount of quality players and Nike not wanting to step on toes of people playing on the same teams (Bosh is Converse I want to say, which is owned by Nike and D-Wade went from Converse to Jordan brand). I think they should be better, but they won’t have as good of a supporting cast, and Boston had a great coaching staff. In 2008, Boston only had the 13th best offense in the league, but their defense was tops by a wide margin. This team won’t be as good as the 2008 Celtics, or even as good as the 2010 Celtics were in the Finals. The big three should be better, though.

If lebron is truly willing to average 20-22 points a game and focus on distributing and rebounding, then this big three could POTENTIALLY be the best 3 players on any team ever. They need a shooter to spread the floor and a big center to clog the middle, but these three compliment eachother well if lebron is a distributor. Bosh will be nice getting kicked to by lebron and wade.

How will Bron and Wade play off each other the way Pierce and Ray do? The heats 3 have more talent but they wont mesh as well as boston because all of bostons 3 bring something different to the table and both pierce and allen are great shooters

of course this big 3 is better- i mean its two of the best three players in the world on the same team, with one of the better big men in the world as well
you say that boston’s might have been better cuz:
1- ray was a shooter while pierce was the creator- but, neither ray nor pierce were athletic as opposed to lebron and wade who r both arguably the most athletic players for their positions respectively-maybe allen and pierce r both better shooters than lebron and wade, but lebron and wade r muuuuuuuuuch better athletes than them
plus, it’s not like lebron and wade cant knock down a shot, i mean if they are left open they should make the shot
also, neither pierce nor allen were ever double teamed so much, but both wade and lebron get double teamed the most in the whole league, so just imagine the other cutting and using his athleticsm to finish at the rim. when they wont get double teamed, itll be pretty easy for them to get their shot

2- KG was a low post presence…but actually bosh is even better then kg in the post and is as good of a shooter as him(altough KG is obviously a better defender)

to me it’s like comparing the “huge 3″(miami), to the “big 3” (boston)

Yes, absolutely yes, but Miami doesn’t have one of the top defensive centers in the league nor a up and coming take over point guard like Rondo. Boston is the better team, but Miami’s big 3 are in their prime and much better than Boston’s.

Individually yes. Together no because bron and Wade games are similar and both are used to having he ball most times and being responsible for almost half of there teams offense. These guys are still young and have “me” egos so it will be interesting how things go when everything isn’t going so well

Individually they are clearly better. Together? How can you even ask that question and expect and answer? We have no idea bud. They haven’t played a game, or even practiced with the Heat yet… But in my opinion I don’t think it will work out as they planned. They might win 1 ship in the next 5 years.

They would RUN Boston out of the building… I dont get why people say Lebron and D Wade cant play together thats crazy… Both have HIGH BBALL IQ and are very willing PASSERS… I actually think Lebron and Wade would work well together because they are both unselfish… I think both players are gonna be problems because they can dominate is so many other ways other than scoring…

It will be interesting to see. I personally think they will need a pg that has no problem not shooting and can create for his teammates AND can knock down open jumpers. I think its obvious that individually they are superior but i think boston has (maybe had) them in every other category. They compliment eachother perfectly as you have one guys thats a lights out shooter, a guy thats a creator through isolation, and a low post presence offensively as well as defensively. With this big 3 you have two guys that are almost the same except wade is a better shooter but neither are knock down shooters. I think bosh is a great piece beside the both of them or one of them but im trying to see how lebron and dwade would work. There will obviously be plenty of times where they get it done based on sheer athleticism and ultimate physical dominance but what happens when you force them to become jump shooter and pack in the lane? A team like LA will pack it in and allow gasol and bynum to use their length and disrupt attacks at the rim. And don’t say lebron and wade will dunk on them every time. Theyll definitely need to get someone that can be automatic as a 3 point shooter. And theyre going to need a big thats willing to bang and play defense. Haywood wouldve been perfect. The pieces that they get around those 3 will determine their success. I think that for at least this year that the east goes through orlando or boston again and until miami can get some guys that work with lebron and wade on the perimeter. An interesting thought: Does pat riley fire spoelstra and coach since he has a team full of star power in hopes of getting a championship? I think so…

Lebron would DOMINATE Pierce unless Pierce gets help and ditto with Wade versus Allen.. Boston can handle the Lebron Cavs and D Wade Heat, but you put them on the same team w/ a Bosh how do you stop that… I think the ONLY team in the League that could BEAT the Heat in a 7 game series is the Lakers and even that would go 7 games.. It will be intresting how the Heat fills out the rest of their roster.. Brad Miller, Eddie House, Patrick Beverly and Kurt Thomas would be good additions…

You also have to consider overrall team cohesion. How can 2 guys that are great slashers, move without the ball, go at the rim and catch alley oops but arent great knock down or on the move shooters play at the same time regularly? Like i said bosh is perfect alongside one of them but how do those two compliment each other? Wade is a better perimeter guy but isnt nearly as effective as he is out there versus getting to the rim? are they going to run isolations all game long and have everyone else stand and watch? Its VERY essential that miami gets a pg that will virtually not look to do much on offense and look to distribute to all 3 of these guys when they are in position to do so. Boston works together as a great cohesive unit and it has shown as boston (when the big 3 is healthy) hasnt lost a playoff series but once (this past season’s finals).

The miami 3 are wayy vetter than the boston 3. But that doesnt mean they will win. i don tthink the miami 3 will be able to win regardless odfthem sayin it will work. i think after a few months feelings will start 2 bubble inside of players.
