sheltwon3ParticipantRedd scored 17 and played 23 minutes for Phoenix. He deal with the Suns is only for this season. He may not be a full time starter but as a bench player with his shooting ability, he could be a hot comodity?
After all those years of surgery is Redd finally back and can he bring it like Hill and play big time minutes?

Scottoant93ParticipantThe Suns work magic on injured players….GREG ODEN anybody haha

sheltwon3ParticipantI agree man, what is it that Suns have because Shaq would still be playing if he stayed. Redd needs to stay in Phoenix because it almost like it is a fountain of youth for some people.

omphalosParticipantIt’s almost a shame the Suns already have Gortat, because Oden would be a perfect fit there given their medical capabilities. It really is ridiculous how good a job Phoenix does of keeping its players more or less healthy.

Scottoant93ParticipantYou can never have too many 7 footers….plus they could easily trade robin lopez and bam you just opened up room for oden.or just keep all 3 and rotate them
@sheltwon yeah redd should stay with the suns i know they want to get younger for the future but they can season their young players with the veterans(Nash,Redd,Hill).

sheltwon3ParticipantI agree you can never have too many good 7 footers and Robin lopz needs to be moved because I still have no idea who he does not get more minutes when other teams need big men. Lopez may be inconsistent but so are his minutes. He plays like brother in spurts on offense and is pretty decent on D so what is the problems with this dude.

Scottoant93ParticipantI have no idea, just when people thought he was going to turn the corner.he took steps backwards. I think he got to comfortable just to be in the nba..also it seems like he has a bad temper and is extremely immature. There was an article about him and gortats relationship being rocky..something about the team watching film, and when gortat arrived lopez told him he didn’t know what was on the agenda making gortat late and making him look bad on purpose.

PabloFiascoParticipantMan if Phoenix signed every injury prone player in the past 10yrs and revitalized their careers they’d be the dominant squad in the west but…..thats not realistic
Its good to see M. Redd back on the court

PulseGlazerParticipantIf Phoenix remains terrible – sign Oden (or trade Nash for him so you can get worse this year), and then see what young player(s)/draft picks a team would part with for Gortat. Houston and Detroit, at the very least, would have a ton of interest. Of better teams, imagine Gortat on Denver next to Nene.
