FastAndFuriousParticipantLance Stephenson.
Dude is balling this year I know it’s only been 3 games, but he has made improvements each year and look like he’s really ready to live up to the hype he’s always received.
His numbers are magnificent:
19.0 PPG
6.7 RPG
4.0 APG
1.7 TO’s
64% from 3(On 4 attempts per game)
60% from the field( On 12 attempts per game)Is he ready?

phila9012ParticipantI think he is ready to average 12-15 pts, 5 rbs and 3 asts on 47% shooting and 35% from 3. He took a big step last year when he became a starter. He is still only 23. I have liked and followed him since he was at Cincinnati. He has worked hard, it is nice to see him being a solid NBA player after all the hype he received in high school.

IndianaBasketballParticipantLance Stephenson is going to break out this year and get paid next summer. I just hope the Pacers can afford him. IF that means letting Granger go for nothing and waiving Scola, so be it!
He still needs to show he can be consistent, but you can just see the game has slowed down for him and he’s making better decisions. He’s being patient, BUT still playing with that fire/intensity he has. It’s a small sample size, but his jumper looks improved.
I have to give him credit for maturing as a person and player. I believe he can be a star and a top five player at his position. I love the way he competes every night at both ends.

MalcolmxParticipantI see Lance as being a High level role player and he may make an All star game or 2 before his career is done. I don’t think he will be a top 5 SG or SF( if you label him that) in the league. But hey anything is possible and he has the ability to get to that level if he really wants to, but as off right now I don’t see it. Next year his Bank account will definitely get a nice boost though.

sheltwon3ParticipantI see Lance being possibly behind only Harden at 2 guard. Obviously this is counting on Kobe retiring at some point. Lance at 26 should be a top 2 shooting guard.

omphalosParticipantLance is looking like what Tyreke Evans should have been; great transition player, improved shooter, excellent handle/isolation ability and the ability to make plays off the dribble.
I’m happy Lance has finally come good, let’s just hope it holds; it’s nice to see a high school phenom who didn’t meet expectations rise up and reclaim his reputation.
