storm33ParticipantI don’t think he will be a bust or a superstar. Think of Shane Battier. He averages 6 points a game but no one considers him a bust. I feel like Blake Griffin will fit the Battier role of maybe being more of a hard-working role player. He will be a good guy to have but I just don’t see Blake Griffin doing anything spectacular in the NBA.

boffacheeriosParticipantThat’s probably the worst comparison i’ve ever heard. You’re saying he will only be a good defender/intangibles type, but you forget he averaged like 22 points and 14 rebounds a game this year. You forget he was drawing triple teams in most cases.

Meditated StatesParticipantHe will be a very good player. Not the best in the league, but I’m sure the team will be happy with him, and his work ethic. He improved a lot over his two years.

I Am Awesome-OParticipantIf Griffin lands on the team of one of these posters claiming Griffin will be a role player in the NBA, that poster will immediately start calling him the next Karl Malone.
