AusBobParticipant1. Paul George – He seems like a lock to make the next USA team at next big international tournament. How would it translate?
2. Klay Thompson – Have been his fan from his rookie season and will forever be. I have a feeling that we will see him sooner than later playing for Team USA. I turely believe that his catch and shoot ability and very fundemental style defence + hustle will make him a good two way player in the future to come. Cheap fouls and shot selection will improve as years go by. His catch and shoot will make USA extremely hard to beat for a good period of time?
3. A.Drummond – Will need a couple years to mature and improve FT% in order to have a chance to be selected, however, would love to see how effective he can be!
4. A. Davis – CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE!
5. Would love to see Team USA use this starting line up one day. Unbeatable?
PG. S. Curry
SG K.Thompson
SF K. Durant
PF L.James
C A.Davis

hoopscopParticipantObviously, being healthy and motivated on the right time is not a given. But George, Durant and Davis are fixtures, probably the starting frontcourt. PG and AD should dominate, they are so long and disruptive on defense, great. The only question with all the backcourt guys on the soft side with Kyrie, Curry, Harden how will they mesh on the defensive side. As for Drummond, it is too early.
Kyrie Irving
Russell Westbrook
Stephen Curry
James Hardeen
Paul George
Kevin Durant
Kevin Love
Anthony Davis
These 8 players are as of now the base, basically they are great players, suited for international ball and ready to go.
LaMarcus and Dwight Howard would be the ideal inside combination with Anthony Davis. There seems to be some miscommunication with LMA but there is a chance, as for Howard, he is physically the last 2 weeks his old self, there was talk he is itching to play.
Lebron James, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony are free to join on short notice, right now questionable but they enjoy being with the guys, so who knows.
I really believe Klay Thompson will make the team not only because of his shooting but because he is making progress as a defensive stopper, kind of, Chandler Parsons is the next swingman on the list and Lillard if one of the guards is not able to go.

Robb_CParticipantSteph Curry and Klay Thompson starting? I dont see it. As long as Chris Paul wants the gig its his, and its Kyrie Irvings after that.. With the frest talent coming through for Team USA we should be set up for Gold Medal runs.
I love this lineup for the future.
1.Kyrie Irving
2.James Harden
3.Paul George
4.Kevin Love
5. Anthony Davis
