LipstickParticipantThis is one of the most interesting fantasy basketball drafts I’ve seen in recent memory, especially those that haven’t occured yet. So many injuries to so many superstars.
who do you list as the top 10 right now after the injury to Kevin Love, knee problems with Dirk, and Dwight Howards unknown return date?

PyronParticipantit depends on the format of the league. h2h or roto.. someone like howard wouldn’t make the top10 for me especially because of his team. his scoring will drop but i think the effect on his stats while playing on the lakers would be:
-an increase of fg% because it’ll get some nice passes from nash/gasol and kobe penetrating
-lower pts and reb
-possibly an increase in blk (madness!) because he’ll end up being a help defender to gasol
as for my top 10.. it would be
1.lebron (because of his ast)
2.durant
3. paul
4. love (for h2h)
5. westbrook (switch spots with love for roto)
6. d will
7. wade
8. kobe
9. j smooth (the no joe johnson factor)
10. a toss up between bynum/curry (both if healthy lol)
i had a draft last night for h2h and i ended up with d will.. always a solid pick and i think his fg % will rise with this year’s team because he’ll have to shoot less. dimes will stay even or go up (providing johnson doesn’t hog the ball and dribble too much in an iso)

SonicSabotuerEidolonI got love with the 4th pick head to head and went again later and somehow got rondo then dwight thats a steal.
But now that love is hurt im a litte messed up but i think jonas V will do good in toronto so I will put him in off the bench.

LipstickParticipantI think you can make a case for Love being above Chris Paul in h2h leagues (especially ones that have multiple categories for rebounds, 3s, and free throws). The point being that Minnesota plays 12 games during the playoff weeks whereas the Clips only have 10.
Dwight slipped to the 2nd round for me in one draft. Another I was one pick away from snagging Durant, Harden, Anthony, and Rondo in the first four picks. I don’t know if that’s a brag or not, whatever. Some fantasy beasts have been slipping though.
