    He was impressive last year, just needs to become a better rebounder. The post moves will develop but he needs to become more of an animal on the glass; he wasn’t in college and hasn’t in the league. He needs to be fiercer.

    I’ve always felt Hibbert could become a productive player…He needs to improve his rebounding numbers…

    He needs to be more decisive and aggressive. I think he could be a new age Rik Smits for the Pacers lol.
