R-Dot-13ParticipantAn In depth mock draft with NBA Comparisons on every 1st rounder, along with some 2nd rounders.
What do you think of my draft? Are my comparisons on?

WinterSoldierParticipantI think someone will take Biyombo earlier but other than that it’s a really good mock I wouldn’t be surprised if the draft is pretty close to this. Also I think Irving will probably go number one, not because I think he should I just believe the Cavs will take him first.

capecodderParticipantSeveral second picks by teams equal to skills/positions taken with earlier pick

R-Dot-13ParticipantSLC- Thanks, I feel like if Irving becomes the #1 pick, that Cleveland will have to trade up to grab Williams of Kanter so they dont have to reach at #4, but thats certainly possible.
And yes, I do need to work a little bit more on my second round, which I will

R-Dot-13Participant12? It could happen.
Washington is said to be very high on Thompson at 6, but Leonard is a thought there.
He could go to Detroit or Charlotte, but IMO Walker is too good to pass up on for Detroit and Charlottes needs on the inside require them to take Jonas I think

Just because CP3 was linked as the NBA comparison doesn’t mean the kid’s going to be as good as CP3. He’s just saying CP3 is the most similar player to point to for his mock.
And even if people thought Irving was likely to be like CP3, it’s no guarantee he’d be the #1 pick. When CP3 was drafted, everyone already knew he was amazing (most NBA-ready pg in years). And guess what? He was picked #4, after Bogut, DWill & someone that must not matter since I’ve forgotten them.

R-Dot-13ParticipantThank you bloodshy, I’m glad somebody understood what I was getting at
