thetruthParticipantminnosta. i know someone probly posting about this already. but i just had to get this off my chest. i think the wolves are gonna package the two first rounds they have later on the draft and trade craig smith and acquire the 5th pick and grab thabeet and then use their 6th pick on wither evans or jennings.

RemarqParticipantThat would be a pretty good move for them.

chaachie12Participantmost the buzz around MN is that they are desperately looking to move to 2, not for Rubio, but for Thabeet. Now, will Memphis bite on what MN is sending out there? That is the bigger question. I, for one, would rather have Rubio at 2 for Minny, but I wouldn’t scoff at Thabeet.

thetruthParticipantwouldnt mine drafting rubio. but they know his camp wouldnt like him in a small market. they want him in a big market like cali, ny.

RickyRubio9Participantthey can trade up for the number 2 pick and select Thabeet that would be quite a job done by their GM because Al would be able to move back to PF and Kevin Love would just be the odd man out. Then use their other pick to take any Guard they’d need. If they do get Thabeet, would they look to trade Love or bench him?

RickyRubio9ParticipantWhy do you have them trading for the 5th pick? Thabeet won’t drop below OKC and Memphis…well I don’t think he will so with the 5th pick you are in no way guaranting you get Thabeet.
