Anton123ParticipantI think I’ve actually never came up with a trade on this site.
Well here it is: http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=2g9dexv
+ A first round pick for the Sixers
New Orleans
1. Get a great starting SG
2. Get a shooter to replace Bellineli
The Sixers:
1. Get rid of Iggy
2. Get two great snipers, who they really need.
3. Get more cap space for next season because of Stojacovic’s expiring contract
4. Get a first round pick
A problem I see is that the Hornets will really lack good shooters in the starting line up (Paul-Iggy-Ariza-West-Okafor). However it will be a great defensive that might even contend with the Lakers in the West.

sheltwon3ParticipantThe could trade Ariza or move him to the bench with this line up. Also if New Orleans throws in draft picks this is not that bad. Most people would not like it but the thing is Philly needs to rebuild and Iggy contract is stopping that plus Turner can play his position.

Mr.Knick 32ParticipantI like the idea alot, but If I’m New Orleans, I’m not putting Bellinelli in there. I think I would do Peja, 2012 1st rounder for Iggy.

delfamParticipantBelinelli is playing so good for the Hornets and he spreads the floor very well which really helps their offense. Even though it sounds stupid I think NOH would be worse with Iguodala at SG than Belinelli. Iguodala is not a SG he is a SF and I don’t like this trade for NOH.

sheltwon3ParticipantI am New Orleans fan and we have Thornton so Bellinelli is expendable if we could use him to get Iggy. I think Ariza is a cheaper better 3 point version of Iggy to some extent but Ariza is not the ball handler and slasher that Iggy is. New Orleans is doing well so this trade will not be needed but still, Ariza is not giving a consistent effort from the 3 spot but maybe in time he will because this is his first year and Paul makes everyone better. I see Iggy going to Houston or Clippers though. I don’t see New Orleans making any big time trades because their coach is doing a great job and their players are playing well together. You would not want to ruin that chemistry unless you could get a top 10 player and Iggy is not top 10.

Kinguy11ParticipantI like the second 2 ideas and I don’t hate the first idea but it isn’t great either. He’s my idea that involves Carmello Anthony!

khaled_a_dParticipantNO have already traded their first and I am not sure that the Sixers will be interested in 2013 pick(neither the Hornets since CP3 will be FA in 2012)
also with NO winning right now I think they won’t make such a trade,if things get worse then may be
