fliptonnParticipanti think theyre going to try to trade picks and players and move around salaries to bring in guys from other teams and free agency. i dont think they would see sullinger as much of an improvement over scola for a team who seamingly wants to win now.

HarbingerI dont know wear sullingers fits I do know one place he doesn’t an that is in a dress.
I think if sac can trade to get another pick late lotto/middle draft he would be nice along demarcus he’s no shot blocker but they can sign one to offset both of their inabilitys off the bench. This way life a be a litte easier for thorton, and reke and a whoever there other top pick is maybe they draft andre drummond and complete there frontcourt for the forseeable future or a sf.
Imagine(assuming they dont get the number 1)
C.Demarcus
pf.Jared
C/pf bench:Drummond or SF: MKG
If andre lives up to his upside they can be able to compete in the west with this frount court.

khaled_a_dParticipantif sullinger drops to houston ,then I hope they and the sixers will pass and draft someone else so my fav team the Mavs draft him ,I am really a big fan of him
Also ,Houston has picked PFs with their last lottery picks, not sure that he is a real need for them0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/22/2012 - 6:48am #672529
Andrew1984ParticipantI think the Rockets have suffered from having too many pretty good players and no great players. The last couple years they’ve been fairly deep at every position, in every game, and they don’t seem to be be especially weak at anything. They just don’t have any transcendent players. I think they need a star.

bobbybParticipantSULLINGER will NOT be available at 14. probably somewhere 5-10

JoeWolf1If Sullinger drops to Houston, they’ll have Scolia, Patrick Patterson, Marcus Morris, possibly Donatas Motiejunas AND Jared Sullinger….let the Houston PF log jam continue…

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantThey have a glut of Pf’s they lack a Frachise Center…They may reach on Meyers Leonard or Tyler Zeller if they are available
That Or they’ll draft Sullinger and package him and a few other picks and players for an All Star Player if one is Available on the trade market
If Philadelphia at 15 had the chance to draft Sullinger they would, unless Perry Jones III is still there and they like his potential/size over Sully’s toughness inside

tbp82ParticipantI think if he drops to Houston they should pass on him as there is a logjam at Power Forward there already. I like the above poster who mentioned Philly as a possible destination for Sullinger. Elton Brand is almost certain to not be there next year and in some ways Sully could bring to Philly what a young healthy Elton Brand would have. Another spot I wouldn’t mind seeing him in would be Detroit I think a combo of him and Greg Monroe would be amazingly skilled not an athletic group but a dangerous one.

kobyzParticipanti feel Sullinger will not drop past the number 8 pick(number 10 at max). i think he’s quality bigman and NBA ready, doesn’t have the biggest upside but has high floor, the thing with him is that he’s a skilled player with great motor, iq and leadership could have good contribute and influence on a any team that are or want to become a winning system.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantI just don’t get it. Why have people been saying the Rockets would pick up Sullinger? Why? Do they not realize we have a log-jam at power forward? Such a log jam that we literally gave away Jordan Hill?
So now you want us to have Luis Scola, Patrick Patterson, Marcus Morris, D-Mo and Sullinger? Did you not think at all when making this post?

sheltwon3ParticipantLakers could possibly have some of Houston picks and player because Gasol needs to go.
