hypothetically speaking, if lebron ran off to another team next summer, with the likelyhood of bosh joining him… and this team would most likely have nice young talent….would it cause a chain reaction of teams trading to get tougher?

I think it would. I think players staying faithful to their city’s would become an illusion at that point. Especially players like Dirk, amar’e etc. I think you would start seeing allstar trio’s being rushed to be put together.

If the cap falls as much as was projected, I’m not sure any team will have the cap space to sign two players.

But if it were to happen I could only see a combination like Wade/LBJ with Bosh. Amare, Wade and Lebron all seem like guys who care mostly about being the hero, the #1 option…and I don’t think anyone of those 3 are ready to play second fiddle at this point in their careers. As for Bosh, he seems to have the best head on his shoulders out of those guys, and would see the bigger picture that maybe giving up stats for Ws is what needs to happen.

Chris Bosh is so much better than Amare idk why Amare would be more entitled to being the number one option

It would cause teams to trade. However, I don’t think leBron+Bosh could get a championship.

i dont think the cap will fall far enough to where NJ wont be able to sign 2 max contracts… i dont think the nba would let it because it could lower revenue… u gotta spend money to make money… simple as that… second off if lebron did sign somewhere with another max free agent (bosh, stoudemire) teams probably would start trading a lot of people…. not necessarily because of that but because of the ridiculous free agent class of 2010… not to mention 2011

ps (right now NJ is the only team with cap space for 2010 to sign 2 big names to max contracts…)

way NJ is getting to stars is if dey move to BK which dere not going to do by next summer. so i see NY Chicago miami getting 2 stars if dey make trades.

Bosh and Lebron would not get a championship? By next year there biggest opponent will be orlando and Lakers. We can also suppose Bosh and lebron will be surrounded by more then average or average players i think it would be a duo not to mess with. They would maybe not get a championship first year but they will defiantely get one in two
