i really dont Hate a players numbers, becuz alot of players wear those numbers for special personal reasons..

But i do have a gripe with Lebron’s decisions in picking numbers..

Lebron was the most celebrated high schooler ever..And he chosed the number of the most celebrated basketball player ever..Nike wanted to pay him not to wear the number 23..They wanted him to pick a number he’ll be known for…

Then he changed his number to 6..The same number 2 Legendary players ( Dr. J & Bill Russell) wore …When you talk about Jordan,Russell and Erving you’re talking about the Mount Rushmore of Basketball.

I know he can’t wear the retired #15 or even #22 from his Oak Hill days like he used to but the #7 just doesn’t look right IMO. I can’t explain it but I’d think the number #21 for Melo would be legit

Like Anthony Randolph, how cool would it be if he wore 15? Then he could be called “AR15” which is a versatile weapon…just like him…or just like what he could be..

Skip is just trying to create conspiracy theories that aren’t true like he always does. I don’t have a problem with LeBron wearing #23 because I think he was just honoring Michael Jordan. He says he was his idol. And lets not act like he was the only person that wore #23. Many players wore #23. Players like Jason Richardson, Derrick Rose, Eric Gordon, Lou Williams, Quentin Richardson, Marcus Camby, Darius Miles, and many more have worn #23, and they haven’t been criticized for it.

 Not if you ever actually watched Brian Cook play and get so many minutes as the charmin shooter. That just goes to show you my hatred for that guy. He ruined a freking number for me. Now everytime I see someone wearing that number, I feel like They wear it because Brian Cook is their favorite player so I automatically assume thyre a soft jump shooting big who rebounds like a pg.
