5/7 games so far he’s had a double double. it’s early in the season, but I’m liking what I see. I think he’s playing much better than last year. his season high in points is 21. his season high in rebounds is 16. his season low in rebounds is 7, which he’s done twice. Only thing I’ve noticed lately is he’s being less an offensive factor, only getting 10-12ppg in the last few games.

    15.4ppg, 11.9rpg, 1.7apg, 2.3topg, 1.3spg, 1.6bpg, 55.4%FG, 80%Ft…and he’s taking 6.5 ft attempts per game. Basically, he’s improved on everything this year except for his turnovers.

He’s slimmer, he lost like what..20 somethin pounds in the offseason. He doesn’t look that much faster, but it’ll help his body in the long run.

Grizzlies are 1-6, but I’m like Marc’s growth.

    I think 13.5ppg, 10.6rpg, 1.9apg, 2.5topg, 1.1spg, 1.8bpg, 53.5%FG, 76%FT is in reach for marc this year.

grizz-fan7 there really is no debate on who got the better of the gasol deal… it is clearly the lakers… Pau is one of the most talented players in the league and who did the grizz get in return marc gasol ( turning into a really good player) but other then that it was crap and the money they saved on the pau trade they got zach who’s not as good a player as pau is so ummm and you can’t count getting oj mayo

I think they are refering to that fact that Marc is bigger younger and could possibly be as good as Pau Skill wise pretty soon. This makes that deal look not so much lopsided because they basically traded a a Gasol that plays power forward for what that is mostly Center and gives them that physical force. Pau is still better but Marc is getting close and he is still younger and physically bigger. Kobe even said that they should have tried to keep Marc Gasol somehow because he is really that good.
