Haha, that was pretty awesome.  I’m sure as hell glad I didn’t go to BYU.

All I know if someone wrote a letter like that to KU’s student newspaper, they’d probably mysteriously be kicked out of school the next day.

 Geese, some Mormons clearly have a misconception for what is preached and not preached in the Bible. I do see her point and I agree with her…TO AN EXTENT. What do you expect he is a great player and he deserves to be respected. No one has took it to the extreme by bowing down to him but it wouldn’t surprise me. Besides like many people said Jimmer is a great role model. We all have sinned but how is playing the sport you love and playing it so well a sin? And why would you want to stop all the publicity about him? He handles it well by not acting cocky and arrogant. If it is a sin for doing what he is doing and for publicly cheering nonstop for him then he has definitely making repentance for it with his humility. 

Besides what is wrong with cheering for a great player? I understand that she doesn’t like basketball. That’s perfectly fine, nothing wrong there. But still you have to draw the line between idol worship and cheering and being  excited for a darn good player.

Some people are just so devoted to their religion that they don’t realize how ridiculous they are being. 

I’m glad she finally got JIMMERED, now lets just hope she repents and realizes the great person and basketball player that Jimmer is. Become converted to the new religion, JImmerism. lol.
