Champzilla21ParticipantI just finished watching the Vikings Taking on the Packers with Favre coming back to Lambeau field and leading the vikes to the win, he played their for like 18 years and poured blood and sweat into that team, my question is which current players playing now would be messed up seeing them on another rival team?

llperezyeah, icouldn’t imagine kobe playing for anyone else. I’m such a big fan of his, but the lakers come first so I’m not sure how I would feel. I do know that when he first asked for a trade a few years ago i was like f him, get his ass out of here, But I’m glad they stayed calm and kept him.

quincey hodgesit happens so much in basketball that i cant see the hate being on the same level…when jordan left and came back he wasnt booed by the bulls fans..i think fans will boo if a player leaves a good team just for the money..if the management isnt doing the best job of putting good players around there star then the star decides to leave then the fans understand..except the ignorant ones of course..lol

Champzilla21Participanti know they didnt boo him but lets say kobe went to the celtics right now wouldnt that be hateful, if jordan went to the pistons during the good bulls years, and so on, i know it happens often but sometimes it is hard seeing them in a diff uniform

llperezthe reason I was like f kobe when he first asked for a trade was because laker fans have always backed him. The whole colorado thing, the siding with him over Shaq, all the things the team did for him, if he wanted out, I would be like screw him. It wouldn’t matter what team he went to. I’m a laker fan first and foremost.

festar35ParticipantDuncan, Kobe, Pierce, Carmelo, Granger would all look a bit odd.

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s not a current player, but there was talk a couple of seasons ago about teams trying to lure Reggie Miller out of retirement. That would’ve hurt me to see him in another jersey!

quincey hodgesi forgot to add also unless you go to a hated rival..lol..thats the first thing i ment to put..i was thinking about that when one of my friends said hes a redskins and cowgirls fan…i almost smacked him because anyone knows you cant be both..any real die hard fan of either knows that we hate each other and if you play for them then you are now the enemy no matter what the reason is that you left the team.

marcusfizer21ParticipantDerrick Rose playing on another team would break my spirit! Simple as that… With a 1.7 percent chance of having the top pick in the draft, the Bulls know that it’s more than dumb luck… They have to do their best to retain D-Rose… BDW, he’s not playing well so far this year… Hope his break will come ASAP…
