Now that Odom is back with the lakers, why aren’t the Heat pushing for Boozer, I heard that no matter what happened with Odom, the heat were going to push for Boozer once it was all settled. But I haven’t see any push?? Are they thinking of adding AI, if so he is not gonna sit on the bench, so they either have to bench Chalmers or not get him. Does Boozer still have a possibility of going to the heat. I just wanna hear some answers.

I think Utah wants to get something else with boozer maybe even a pick, their not just giving him away I think the heat would like a straight up trade of Haslem for Boozer but that’s not happening Utah wants something more than cap relief. Iverson is pretty much a heat, Riley has already contacted him and if nothing major happens he’s signing in Miami for something close to the mid-level exception. Wade wants to see progress and if you can’t give his forward you might as well give him a guard. Iverson with Wade, helps the heat considerably, theirs no way the heat lose to a team like Hawks with A.I. on the court. People might think this is far-fetched but A.I. can give the heat 24 points, 5 assists, in 35 minutes a night, if they let him be himself.

its actually exactly what knog said. utah wants to make the deal but they are standing fast with there request that beasley be included, while miami is standing there ground on not including beasley in the deal

Look at how there has been no market at all for David Lee, Boozer is falling in the same boat. No love for Power Forwards this year even if they are double-double machines.

actually alot of people would like to have boozer, but heres the problem. he will resign with very few teams next year so if you trade for him you are only renting him for a year while also giving up 2 soild players from youre team. another thing is most teams want to save there money to give to one of the free agents of next year. alot of teams wanted him when he was deciding between opting in and opting out but with next years free agent class and the nba economy and how much he was asking for, it just wasnt worth it

Boozer is gonna be an unrestricted free agent next year. He and the Jazz organization should just tough it out for one more year. Then, he can sign with whoever he wants……… or whoever wants him.

@pillsbury not a bad idea, but he is not working with Utah, and as a jazz fan, I would want him out of there faster than you can say “trade”. That means now. Millsap should start, but if Boozer stays than Millsap is the backup. And last year when we had all our starters back from injury, I expected us to do really well and get like 5th or 6th place in the playoffs, but we tanked and barley made the playoffs. That being said, if Boozer stays then, the Jazz are a sure lottery team. I do not want to be in the lottery again, although 2 lottery picks in a very deep 2010 draft, sounds very good. (we already have the Knicks pick next year.)
Any hopes of Boozer going to the Bucks for Micheal Redd, they have a hole at PF, and Redd would be nice on the Jazz. They can always slide Brewer to the SF and sit AK. Or are there any hopes of Boozer going to the Suns for Amare. I heard they were still shopping him, and it looks like the Warriors are not getting him. I would be willing to offer both Boozer and Miles or maybe Harpring instead of Miles, but Miles is younger so I’m picking him.
@bujubanton Iverson will not average those numbers, those are star numbers. How is going to average that Wade performing like he usually does. If AI is fine not being the star player on the Heat and letting Wade do his thing, then yes he could play for the heat. If not then I say he should go to the Knicks.
