UncledrewParticipantHarry Giles is to me what Quincy Miller should have been. A long athletic big man who can step out and hit midrange jumpshots but the difference is Giles knows his bread and butter is in the paint. Both guys are 6’10 with wingspans in the 7’3 range but where Quincy let his mouth do the talking, Giles let’s his play do the talking. Not to mention Giles is much quicker and bouncier. It’s unfortunate this is his 2nd major knee injury in the last 3 years but I expect him to fully recover and become a dominating 2 way player in the league. His versatility and rim protection on defense will take Duke’s defense to another level we haven’t seen in recent memory. He seems to have similar qualities to a young Kevin Garnett with his intensity on defense and the boards as well as his overall love and passion for the game.

EspressoParticipantBrandon Ingram is what Quincy Miller should’ve been. Quincy was always thought of as a SF until very late in his college career where some people argued he would be able to spot the 4.

IlladelphParticipantMCL/ACL/Meniscus injury, followed by ACL injury to the other knee. 2 major knee injuries before playing a minute of college ball. If he puts on any weight, I’d be really worried about reinjury. Too bad the NBA has the one and done rules. I love this kid’s game and he seems like a high character kid. He is a lock for a top 3 pick but with his injury history, the NBA draft can’t come soon enough.

holefillers1ParticipantQuincy Miller tore his knee up in H.S. too. Just wasn’t the same afterwards. "If all you can do is score then you better be able to score"-Carmelo Anthony.
