McDunkinLadies and gentlemen, If you don’t mind, I’d like to spend a little time today giving some credit. I say that because I believe you should give credit where credit is due, and Mikey is due some. The fact is, when I look back at my recent life, one thing is clear. Just about everything important that I’ve learned in the last year, I’ve learned from Mikey. He’s a legend among his friends, and you might even say he’s been something of a role model. Of course if role model means ‘positive influence’, then that label might not be right on the money. Let’s just say he has had his moments of inspiring us. And so today, I thought I might share some of those moments – or ‘life-lessons’ with you.

United States, 389 U.S. 347 (1967), the Supreme Court ruled that the amendment’s protections do not apply when the searched party lacks a "reasonable expectation of privacy".The Supreme Court has also ruled that certain searches and seizures violated the Fourth Amendment even when a warrant was properly granted.4.
