Thought this was really funny…….the commentator for the Louisville/Georgetown game just compared Greg Monroe to Magic Johnson….i mean I understand Monroe is a talented passer but cmon now…..bit of a reach

lol…get used to it. sometimes the announcers get caught up in the moment. every year dicky v says 7 different players are the best in the nation or 5 different teams are the best or has the best defense or the most nba ready

It was the other guy that said it. The black guy whose name I don’t remember right now. But Magic Johnson? Terrible. They don’t even play the same position….

Commentators are entertainers, of course the comparison is laughable, but he got you to talk about it didn’t he? Sports wouldn’t be the same without ’em. Long live commentators.

Now dis comparison is jus downright disrespectful. Its absurd. I mean, Greg is a decent passer and ball-handler for his size but c’mon now, Magic Johnson. Magic Johnson was actually a natural pg and at the next level, Greg is prolly a PF.

    Ridiculous….

Wait, I remember Dicky V betting on someone during draft night with I think it was Stephen A. Smith that the 2007 Draft Class is gonna top the 2003 Draft Class (WHAT?!) That remains to be seen though…
