can anyone give me some drills that will help me become quicker, faster, and more explosive?
You can either get a syringe and fill it witht he clear stuff and inject it to the lower outside quad of yur buttucks.
Seriously though, your body weight I assume is at a good level? Core strength is very important. Situps for abs. Squats for thighs. That is the first.
Actual drills. I assume you are pertaining it to basketball? Quick twitch muscle memory is key. The slide drill and gassers working on certain points of the basketball court are good.
