Why draft a 23 year old skinny PF who is the same player as Anthony Randolph and Brandon Wright? He is old, skinny, and before the NCAA tournament probably would have been a mid to late 1st round pick.

Was Monroe not the perfect pick? With his passing skills he could pass out to Curry for the 3, I just think he and Curry would have made a dynamic inside-out combo. What was GSW thinking with this pick?

With Udoh being from Africa, I’ve heard that they don’t really know how old he is, I’ve heard he could be as old as 27 but they go with 23 because of when he was entered in school as a child but could have just been that he was way older than the kids he went to school with and didn’t know because some players that have come from africa don’t keep track of when there were born and don’t know exact dates. He was a real overkill at the 6th pick.

I’m skeptical about this pick aswell, i think they should have at least traded down to get him. But he is a lot better at defense than Randolph and Wright. And there are trade rumors with Randolph. I think Udoh has the potential to be a 15 point 10-12rebs kind of guy.But that was a high risk high reward pick and i dont think they should have gotten him that early.

udoh is what gs needed, powerfull shot blocker, toughness, hes a stretch though, but gs fans will like him eventually
