PG13 signed a 4 year deal with the Clippers for $190m and will be with the Clippers now until at least 2024 with a player option for 2024/25 season. So this gives the Clippers a franchise corner piece for effectively all the years they gave away assets to sign him last summer.
Obviously Kawhi will come into play next summer and will get all the FA attention with more and more guys take themselves off the list. But with PG13 in situ the Clippers have a safety net and would have cap space and lure of LA to build around him if Kawhi does move on.

Giannis has meanwhile signed a 5 year $228m super max deal with an opt out for the final year. But this means the Freak has committed to the Bucks until 2025 at least so they have safeguarded losing him for nothing next summer and have him and Middleton as their key duo for the next 3 seasons at least.

There could be trade talk for Giannis down the line but the Bucks have him secured long term and would be handsomely compensated if he ever did get dealt.

Kawhi now looks the clear top FA next summer with all due respect to the likes of Lowry, Conley and especially Gobert. So it will be interesting to see what shakes out.

Gobert can be taken of that FA list for 2021 now that he is locked up long term.
