Huge pickup for Tom Izzo and the Spartans!!!  Garry Harris is one of the TOP shooting guards in the class of 2012 and should make an imediate impact for the Spartans next year.  I really like Garry’s game!!!  Here is a quick player profile of Garry.

But he is a huge commit. Harris is young for his class and I feel he is a top 5 SG in this class. Also, maybe the only impressive right pick when Taylor Condrin and I made commit predictions:

I have no ill will towards Harris but I’m sort of bummed out because I heard it was pretty much a toss-up between MSU and Purdue after the past weekend. With Harris, Purdue’s 2012 recruiting class would have been one of the best in the nation. But to the credit of MSU, Izzo did have the longest standing relationship with Harris while Purdue only started heavily recruiting him early this year. I wish him all the luck, but I really dont have to, since he is undoubtedly going to be a great collegiate player.

Harris is a really talented kid. I was hoping he would add to IUs monster class. I hope he gets second place in the Big Ten every year he’s there.

BTW He would probably would of picked IU if they werent already loaded at the wing posistion…just mean we have an extra scholie for BeeJay Anya in 2013
