OllstarParticipantGarnett fan and Raptors fan here. Can anyone see the Raptors making a trade to acquire KG?We can offer expiring deals and maybe our 1st(20th range). He would bring much needed mid range game and could be our closing rim protector for when the game gets to fast for JV.

ExumInfernoParticipantNo-trade clause, first thing I thought about.
Second thing, Garnett won’t forget what the Toronto media, fans and even Toronto management said about him and Pierce and his team.
Toronto does need to add up expiring Hayes, Fields, Hansbrough and see if a team wants to save money by sending out a better player.

DolanCareParticipantI think it’s a good idea until you mentioned Toronto giving up a first. If Bklyn wanted to shake things up and get Amir and Fields in return straight up then I think Toronto would beneift from that.

Lotto StudParticipantBelieve it or not. Dumping Kevin Garnett, benefits us way more, despite the would-be incoming contract of Amir Johnson. If we are going to continue on with squandering our cap, we need to dish it out to the youth. Johnson would do us some type of justice, because both he and Plumlee are high-energy bigs with youth favoring their side.

DolanCareParticipantAmir is an expiring contract though. So is Fields. Not sure if BKLYN will want to invest in these guys longterm.
