Lotto StudParticipantOkaaaay so Memphis’ season is unfortunately over. With that being said what does the future lie ahead for Mayo. Does he buy into teamming up with another backcourt mate with a larger contract, or does he return back to Memphis with a shorter contract offer, because Gasol will be their top priority. Everyone knows that Lionel Hollins really likes him, but it’s obvious that someone in the front office thinks otherwise of him. Juice will be one of the most interesting offseason follows.
Me personally I think he will take a shorter contract offer just to comeback if he thinks he can comeback and help Memphis get to the Finals in the future. The only way I see him not wanting to comeback is if he is just in it for the money, or he gets an offer from a team like Chicago who is in desperate need of his services. By any chance if Memphis exercise the thought of trading Henry this should help ensure his return.

Cardinal_FanParticipantI think the Bulls should aggressively pursue him. he would be a great fit with Rose in the backcourt and could help Rose with some of the ballhandling duties while also bringing his perimeter shooting ability. Or if New Jersey could could land Mayo and Dwight Howard to pair with Deron Williams that would be a nice triple threat.

you actually have it backwards there…All the specualtion on Grizzlies boards thru out the year has been that Hollins was the one that didnt like Mayo and benched him because he wasnt doing the things he wanted on the offensive end of the floor and his defense was very poor…The owner actually publicly stated that he didnt want to trade Mayo and has been very supportive of of OJ
It will be interesting how next season will play out with Gay coming back…Gay gives them that wing who can shoot and create his own shoot that really need to take that next step…I dont think having ZBo,Gasol,Mayo, and Gay in the starting lineup will work.Too many guys right there that need the ball in there hands to be effective
I think Mayo will continue to come off the bench until they trade him sometime next year

McDunkinI thought this was about a 1992 American crime drama film that stars rapper Tupac Shakur and Omar Epps. Additional cast members include Jermaine "Huggy" Hopkins, Khalil Kain, Samuel L. Jackson, and features cameo appearances by Queen Latifah, EPMD, Special Ed, Ed Lover, Doctor Dré, Flex Alexander, Fab Five Freddy, and Treach. The film was directed by cinematographer Ernest R. Dickerson who has directed and written other Hollywood films such as Surviving the Game and Bulletproof as well as some television series such as ER and The Wire.
The film touches on the lives of four black youths growing up in Harlem. It follows the day to day activities in the young men’s lives starting out as innocent mischief but growing more serious as time passes by. It also focuses on the struggles that these young men must go through everyday as well such as police, harassment, and their families.

Coach Hollins:
“We had a conversation and I told him, ‘Shoot the ball when you’re open. That’s what you do’ I’ve never taken you out when you miss shots, so don’t think that you can’t take a shot because you might miss it. You can’t make them if you don’t shoot them.’ He’s come on and shot the ball extremely well. It’s important for us as we go forward that he continues to shoot the ball well. He’s a big factor on our squad. We need him to make shots.”
