We all hide behind out little usernames and really dont have any idea about the person talking back. Thats just the beauty of the internet, but why dont we post a little about ourselves? Im twenty years old and absolutely love basketball. Im actually planning on getting a job with the Atlanta Hawks after i graduate in two years and would love to move up in the franchise. Iv talked to employees and it just seems like something i would love to do. Do any of you guys have any plans concerning basketball?

I’m a Junior in an Ivey School. I’m 18 years old. been following the sport since Jordan in the 90s. Was a great player at 12, representing the city at 5’6″ 200 with a 29 inch vertical. Now I’m doing my honours in business admin. degree. Planning on trying to be an NBA exec after I finish my MBA degree in 3 years. I hope I can at least become some kind of business lawyer for an NBA team in the future. That’d be pretty awesome.

yeah well that not my real name lol, but yeah i am asian as the name implies. I’m a senior in high school in San Diego. i’m just 5’9″ and 150 lbs. I played on the basketball team during my freshman and sophomore year. I currently don’t play for the team nor do I have plans on trying out this year, but now I just like to play fun and get a pickup game wherever I can. as far as college, I don’t really know where i wanna go nor do I know what I’m planning on studying, but my plans are hopefully outside of SD.

unaznized-you must be the first person that i ever heard that didn’t want to go to college in SD. Did you know that San Diego St. has the biggest student rejection rate in the state. But yeah, it’s good to get away from home I guess when going to college.

i had no idea SDSU had such a large rejection rate. that sucks because it was the only school i was considering in SD. did you know that it ranks #3 on Playboy in Top Party Schools in the Country?

but yeah i do wanna leave home for college. actually, i was planning on looking for schools in Northern California.

I’m a sophomore at UConn, I’m 5’8″ about 150 pounds, I have only played basketball in town leagues but as I have got older and I fell in love with the game especially on the High school and College levels because I love seeing future stars in the making at young ages which leads me to follow and check scout.com and rivals.com daily.

I just resently turned 30. I graduated high school in Kansas city and recieved a scholarship for hoops to a D2 school in Rolla Missouri. I planned on having a big senior year but blew out my knee. I tore my meniscus and PCL. The doc said I’d never play again but luckily I can still play uncompetetively. I was nothing special in college though. I was a 6-3 195lbs white kid who was quick and a good shooter. Believe it or not I could throw down some nice dunks in high school but lost most of my leaping ability do to added muscle in college. I was leading scorer m soph and junior years. Now I’m a ceramic engineer and I travel the globe (perks of the job) working on chemical plants. I’ve always loved the game of basketball and follow it loyally to this day.

I’m 22 years old and I love the game of basketball… Actually, I have teams on every major sport in the States except for volleyball (NBA: Chicago Bulls, NHL: Anaheim Ducks, NFL: Denver Broncos, MLB: New York Yankees, MLS: DC United NBA D-League: Iowa Energy)… I hope they bring in a Major League Volleyball or whatever but I’m an addict to the game of basketball especially the Jordan era… Wew! Well, I am an Elementary School teacher in an undisclosed location and I am currently teaching Language and Reading to kids… The Lesson Planning is the most difficult part of being a teacher but as far as creating rapport, friendship and admiration for kids, that’s pretty much fulfilling on my part despite my salary being way below than what athletes earn every year…LOL
