Anybody else find it curious the cavs would trade brons favorite teammate for a guy in Channing Frye who does the same exact thing as kevin love for less  money. 

Could the cavs be getting ready to move Love?

Frye is strictly a floor spacer, but a real one, unlike love.

Lol at the exact same thing….

They saved luxury taxe, they created another huge trade exception and they got a 2nd shooting big, Love is quite injury prone if you didn’t notice.

A stretch "4", a stretch "5" Thompson can really play with both, Frye is taller.

 Thompson and Mosgov can give the Cavs exactly what Varejao did and more. Varejao was a bit of a legend in Cleveland having been there 11 seasons but he’ll get paid on his current deal and may well be picked up by a contender.

Frye really does help spread the floor and if on court with K-Love, LBJ and Irving may well get free shots and makes match ups more difficult.

He’s an upgrade over Varajoe. He is the best stretch big in the NBA. Lebron desperately needs shooters. 

I mean, I don’t think this gives them any better of a shot to beat the Warriors or Spurs. Their bigs still can’t handle Duncan-Aldridge-West or Green-Iggy-Barnes, in either big ball or small ball. 

Unless Lebron suddenly decides to play defense again, they still don’t matchup well against other elite teams. Plus, they are crossing their fingers that Love and Irving don’t get hurt again.
