BennyLogParticipantI know this trade doesnt mean a whole lot for the magic but damn Stephenson has fallin off so hard that the magic plan to waive him if the trade is made?
Can you think of anyone else the rose up and fell off like Stephenson? Lin and Morrow come to mind but they are both still solid players and most likely wouldnt be waived after a trade. Is it just lack of work ethic or product of overhype?

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantDon’t know why he gets so much slack, he’s a knuckle head, the Clippers and a winning Culture couldn’t get him refocused so I doubt getting waived and scraped up on the waiver wire won’t help him either…
Sad part is he could totally be Ron Artest for the right team if he just played his ass off every night and kept his nose clean, play hard defense and hit an occasional jump shot, why do these guys gotta make it so hard?

BennyLogParticipantI think it says alot about a person. He obviously has talent he showed that.maybe the money got to his head and he quit trying. Its sad to see that from someone with that potential. The fact the magic wouldnt even plan on giving him a chance shows how hes viewed

Chilbert arenasParticipantMagic desperately need shooting. Add CJ Wilcox to the deal. I still think this guy can make it with right opportunity.

HitsterParticipantAaron Brooks went from MIP to being traded and becoming a bit part player fairly quickly.
The Pacers seemed to get the best out of Stephenson but Charlotte and Clippers have struggled. I wonder if someone like Coach Poppovich could do anything with him.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI feel no sympathy for Lance. Shoulda re-signed with the Pacers.

Meditated StatesParticipantHibbert and PG were the men on that team. He was never as talented or athletic enoughb to be as good as many suggested. Will be out of the L after thjs year.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI don’t think he was overrated while with the Pacers. He was just in an ideal situation. That’s why I thought it was stupid for him to leave.
He had the support of ownership, the front office and coaching staff. There were strong veterans on the team that he respected. Vogel allowed him to handle the ball and make plays. They let him play his game. That wasn’t the case with the Hornets and it hasn’t been the case with the Clippers. I think he could still be a good player in the right situation.
